RULES

II. PARTICIPANTS

 

  • The Working Group's current participants include those organizations, and individuals without organizational affiliations, who have actively assisted in the founding of the Working Group. The Working Group plans to approve a "Philadelphia Diesel Difference Charter," after which participants in the Working Group will include all current participants who sign the charter, as well as any additional organizations that sign the charter, and any additional individuals without organizational affiliation who sign the charter.
  • The role of participants is to develop the official positions and priorities of the Working Group.

Working Group Meetings

  • New participants of the Working Group must sign the "Philadelphia Diesel Difference Charter" 48 hours prior to participating in a Working Group meeting.
  • Participants are expected to adhere to the following ground rules: 1) each working group member's ideas will be given full consideration, 2) it is acceptable to openly disagree with any proposal under discussion, and 3) mutual respect will be shown at all times.
  • Members of the public are welcome to attend all meetings and, upon request to the Chair, will be given a reasonable amount of time to present their views.
