Each
meeting of the Working Group and the Executive Committee must have a Chair
and a note-taker.
The
Working Group's meeting agenda will be distributed by the coordinator via
e-mail in advance of the meeting.
Meeting
notes will be sent to the Working Group's participants by the Coordinator
or other note-taker via e-mail Corrections to the meeting notes may be submitted
directly to the Coordinator or other note-taker.
The
Working Group will meet once a month, unless otherwise agreed.
The time and date for the Working Group meetings will be scheduled
in December of each year by the coordinator for the upcoming calendar
year.
After
a meeting is scheduled; all participants are expected to be in attendance,
unless otherwise advised by the Coordinator.
Working
Group participants may use any commonly available means of communication
that they agree is appropriate and sufficiently timely.
